In Deadman Mode, catching players as they move between locations is a crucial part of the game. Many recent Deadman Mode games allow players to teleport almost anywhere using custom teleport interfaces, making it far too easy to escape or travel quickly. This takes away from the thrill and challenge of the game.
This portal allows you to use both jewellery and spellbook teleports, but at a certain cost. Each day, you'll receive 10 free charges, and after that, city and spellbook teleports will cost 1,000 coins per use, while jewellery teleports cost 2,000 coins each. By requiring actual coins for teleports, the Crafting skill remains valuable, as jewellery will be in high demand due to the cost associated with using these teleports.
In DMMPS, jewellery isn't just a valuable commodity—it’s a key method for teleporting around the game world. We've added a hidden drop table to all monsters globally, giving you the chance to obtain uncut gems. These gems can be crafted into jewellery using the Crafting skill, making crafting even more essential. Jewellery teleports are highly sought after because they can be used from virtually anywhere, making them incredibly convenient.
By training your Magic skill, you'll unlock a variety of teleport spells directly within your spellbook. As you level up your magic, you'll gain access to more teleport locations, providing greater mobility across the game world.
Another teleportation method in DMMPS is through the fairy ring network. To use fairy rings, you’ll need either a dramen staff or a trinket of fairies. This system allows quick access to a wide variety of locations across the map, and we’ve implemented all possible fairy ring coordinates for maximum flexibility.
You can also teleport using spirit trees. The static spirit trees, accessible to everyone, are available at specific locations across the game world. However, if you want full access to all spirit tree teleportation spots, you’ll need to train your Farming skill to plant spirit seeds at additional locations.
By obtaining a Farming amulet, you can teleport directly to various farming patch locations around the world, making it easier to tend to your crops and maximize your Farming experience. To unlock this feature, simply speak to the DMMPS Farming Store NPC located at home.
You can also access teleportation through quest items, which can be purchased from various stores around the world—provided you have the required skill levels to enter these stores. For more details on how to acquire quest items, speak to the DMMPS Quest Guide located at the Grand Exchange.
Additionally, players can complete Achievement Diaries, just like in OSRS. Unlocking these diaries will grant access to a variety of useful items that can be used for teleportation, making them a valuable resource for traveling efficiently around the game world.
We’ve also added Gnome gliders, functioning exactly as they do in OSRS. These gliders provide a quick and efficient way to travel across the map, and they’ll be your primary method to reach Ape Atoll. Whether you're on the hunt for your first dragon scimitar or planning to use your chinchompas in the monkey caves, gnome gliders are an essential transportation tool to get you there quickly.
Navigating around Zeah can be challenging, so we’ve made it easier by implementing the Lovakengj minecart network—completely free of charge! This fast travel system allows players to quickly move between key locations within Zeah, making exploration and transportation much more convenient.
